The 12 key facts of the charta "Qualitätspartnerschaft Westfleisch" concern transparency in processing procedures and communication, guaranteed quality, origin and safety, and equal priorities for economical, ecological and social issues.
SGS Germany, an approved certification body, annually checks the degree of performance of the commitment.
